Before Installation

The size of the solar system will depend largely on a number of different factors, such as the size of your roof, the amount of hot water and electricity you use, and the amount of money you are willing to spend. It also depends on whether you want your solar system to supplement your current energy source or you want it to take the place of your energy system entirely. You can spend time discussing your needs with one of our solar installers to help you figure out which system is going to work best for your needs.

The amount of time to complete solar installation will vary from one home to the next. Design and engineering plans are customized to help ensure the process is as smooth as possible. It can take three months to obtain permits and metering depending on where you live. However, the vast majority of solar panel installations are completed within just one to two weeks, if not sooner.
